In this pretty hot summer, a cool drink should not be missed. Now I introduce the petal pusher cocktail to you.
Ingredients(Serving as 2)
- Ice
- 4 oz. Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz. rose syrup
- Sugar for rimming the glass
- 2 oz. Pink or Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- 2 Egg White from a Safest Choice Pasteurized Shell Egg
Tips
- Put all liquids in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake without ice for 20-30 seconds. (this helps the egg whites bind)
- Add some ice then shake for another 20-30 seconds.
- Strain by using a rimmed cocktail glass and take out remaining froth on top of drink.
